Returns
Returned items must be in their original condition and returned to us within fourteen days of receiving the goods. Returned items must be unused, unopened and in the relevant packaging where ever possible. Garment labels should not be removed. Except in the case of incorrectly supplied or faulty goods, where your statutory rights apply.

Price of goods
The price listed on the website includes V.A.T. The final purchase price includes the cost of the goods, V.A.T. and delivery charges but not any other relevant import, export or local taxes that are relevant to you the purchaser. These are the sole responsiblity of the purchaser.

The terms of use shall be governed by and construed fully in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Netherlands.
Returns
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with original garment tags still attached.
If you require a refund, please follow the steps above before returning goods to the store. When we have accepted your returns request and your item has been returned in the required condition and a returns form to the shop we will process your refund via the method you paid. e.g by PayPal or via Credit Card.

You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. We advise that you send the parcel fully insured to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are strongly packaged, Attention! Mention on the parcel that it contains returned goods other wise import costs will be deducted from your return payment!

Please mark returned packages 'Returned Items'. Frans Boone Store will incur import charges and taxes if this is not written on the package and customs form. Your Return will also take longer to process.

Postage within the Benelux will be provided by TNT post or UPS, you will get your package tin the next two business days. Postage to Europe and the rest of the World will be with shipped with fedex or ups and delivery usually takes 2-7 working days, depending on where you are.
