Paris - Almost finished

by Frans Boone March 09, 2016

Paris fashion week... Was almost finished... To avoid the biggest invasion of fashion people, ( or W-bee's)  we left only Sunday night after working all day instore.

We arrived just after midnight in Rue St. Dominique and jumped into bed right away, to fall asleep in two minutes...

The next morning after a decent breakfast, we had our apppointment at James Perse, for the first time a complete collection was offered, so it took a little more time then expected, but it was a real cool collection! Their new range of sweat and fleece pants for autumn/fall will be really a top hit for sure. The fabrics are soft, comfortable and their shades of grey and blue are still the best in business for loungewear... Also the cashmere will be an eye catcher, a new knit and a great cardigan will be in our store, that's for sure!

Walking to our next appointment, using the subway, and our feet, we enjoyed this amazing town again.. Nothing beats Paris! After a stop for lunch at Da Rosa (St Germain),  our next catch was Woman by Common Projects, a hit in one season.

This was as easy as the men's collection, it's almost unisex, so we are aiming to offer the  same for women like we do for men. Just to avoid our stock will explode we had to select some styles instead saying "just take all"...

A perfect timing, we could leave Paris before the traffic started, so in the late afternoon we were safely back home, Buying season closed. Just some cherry's i cannot tell you...

Meanwhile, our second store in Knokke le Zoute, Belgium gets a face! In our minds it's already open, but still a lot to do! Every day we see progress, this makes it great to do! It's a great area, one of the most pure parts of the town and surrounded by the best stores in town,  perfect for residential shoppers!

Later more...
