Real McCoy's N-3B Parka
Yes, we have it!
The N-3 parka was designed mid 40'ies and lasted until 1958 when this one was designed; The N3-b, aka "Snorkel Parka" because the hood can be zipped up that far only a snorkel shaped opening remains.
The 66 Nylon Parka as Real McCoy's says it has to be; This unique piece actually has the most beautiful part inside, a wool pile lining that feels solid, but is a perfect natural thermo layer as usual the days these were originally designed (only in the 1970'ies the pile was replaced by polyester). The hood itself is as heavy as the jacket, it's what makes this jacket so impressive. This is because the hood is fully lined with a felt and coyote and covers your face almost entirely when closed, in those days they knew your head was one of the most important parts of your body and had to be protected from the freezing cold... Used by the US navy and US Air force it till serves and it had it's latest update 2009.
This piece is a replica constructed with the best fabrics possible, custom made snap buttons, zips, lining, shell, showing all possibilities how to make a great item perfect.
Made in Japan.
