We ship using UPS services. Standard or Express save depending on the shipping destination.

We use real time UPS rates based on weight and destination. You can select various options, but please take note orders ordered on Friday after 13h, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped Monday. Saturday delivery is always a risk, we are not supporting. To calculate your shipping cost, just add your product and your address details in the shopping cart, in shipping options you will see all possible prices. When UPS can' t deliver at first time, UPS reserves the right to deliver it at an acces point in your area.

We have no influence on this and this decision is made by the driver without informing us.

Follow your track nr for all delivery changes. When contacting UPS make sure you have this track nr prepared.

When ordering from outside EU import tax and clearance costs might be charged. (Cash on delivery COD) by UPS. This is an usual procedure and can't be a reason for refusing the delivery that has to be returned to us afterwards. When still refused, all costs will be deducted from your refund.

Any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred.
Delivery

Estimated delivery times are 1-2 days within Europe and 3-5 days for the rest of the world.
Orders are shipped weekdays Monday - Friday, orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following weekday.

When a delivery was not delivered at your door, but at an UPS acces point we are not responsible for the further delivery. This can happen due to several reasons, but this is out of our reach. In that case, you can contact UPS and ask for a change of delivery, using the track number you received in your mail box.

Once shipped, we can no longer make changes to the delivery address. You can track your shipment using your track number. If you want more control, you can create an ups account where you can adjust various things at will.

Uncollected packages
FransBoone will not pay return shipping costs for uncollected packages.

Exchanging your purchase is not possible. You have to return your purchase and place a new order. We are not responsible for exchange rate difference at the moment of purchase and return payment (refund). The shipping costs are not refundable. We are not responsible for paid import tax. Final sales items - clarance items a re not eligable for an exchange or refund or return

We charge a cancellation cost to cover every cancellation made.

After ordering the first step is made and transaction costs are made by us. We reserve the right ot charge you these costs.

These costs are made to cover our time spent, but also transaction costs not refunded to us. We provide you al tools to make an order as secure as possible.

Mail your request to customerservice@fransboonestore.com. If you made your purchase and you want to cancel it before you get a shipment note, you will be charged the transaction-restock cost; 4 euro. When you cancel it after receiving your track nr before shipment 8 euro. When it's already shipped you will be charged 8 euro + shipping cost.

Check the fit;

Under the check the fit tab you will find an overview of the most important sizes of each piece of clothing that is measured by us. After receipt it can sometimes take 24 hours before they are visible. This is an aid in determining the correct size if your knowledge of the product is insufficient, but no rights can be derived from it.

This option shows you easily how to take the measurements of the desired piece, but also you can build your own wardrobe size chart. Every piece you purchase online on a site using Virtusize will be added to your Virtusize account and from that moment on, you can compare new items with those you purchased and fit you well. No rights can be derived from possible deviation or interpretation of these sizes, it is an indication / help in selecting the correct size, unfortunately no guarantee. All claims based on this will be rejected.

Tax free
We offer all online/webstore clients outside EU the so called "tax free" sales. This means free of VAT. This tax free sales is automaticaly generated based on your shipping adres. It's not free of import tax or clearing costs. The price tax free is mentioned below the EU price. Outside EU you will be charged import taxes based on this amount. We don't provide tax refund forms.

If you are planning to leave EU as you are living in another country outside EU

Please inform us in advance so we can prepare the document correctly. Requests after purchase will not be rewarded .

For this we need:

After this we will prepare a proforma invoice for you and you can finalize your purchase.

When you leave the EU you must send us the invoice stamped by customs. After receiving this the Tax will be refunded. (when you are a more frequent client, we will deduct it at purchase already)

But again; this is only possible before you decide to purchase, not when already purchased.

However, this is VAT free from our side. By purchasing goods from outside EU, you become an "Importer" and you will be charged "Import taxes" and duties in a lot of countries outside EU. Please inform yourself before ordering.

US clients are free of import taxes up to 800 USD. Over this amount you will be charged import tax over the full amount between 10-30% depending on the product you purchased.

The import taxes and duties are collected by the UPS driver. so called COD; Cash On Delivery.

These are no shipping costs and have nothing to do with the shipping cost you paid already for shipment to Fransboonestore.
 
Fransboonestore is not responsible for these duties or taxes and we will not accept returns caused by this reason. We reserve the right if goods are returned or refused by this we will deduct the costs made from your refund.

We don't undervalue goods to avoid the import taxes, request will not be honoured. Please don't bother us with this, as we have mails enough to go through every day.

we do not provide intra-Community deliveries. This only between our regular trading partners.

We don't deal with 3rd party tax refund offices at airports etc.

Refunds

When the goods arrived in our store , are checked if they are in the same condition the left our store, the refund will be made.

Refunds Inside EU:

Refunds will be made within 48 hours after receipt, using the same payment method when paid.

We can't refund on other accounts or cards.

It might take some days more to see a change on your credit or bank account. This is out of our reach.

Refunds outside EU:

Final Sales - Clearance items are not eligable for a refund or exchange

All goods sent back form outside EU are only refunded after receiving the accompanying clearance-import tax invoice. The import tax and clearnace costs will be deducted from the refund.

We cant make an exchange at any time.

The only way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
