Unclaimed Shipments
If a parcel is returned due to non-collection or refusal, any related return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

Niet-afgehaalde zendingen
Indien een zending wordt geweigerd of niet afgehaald, kunnen retourkosten worden ingehouden op de terugbetaling.

SALES items are not eligable for return, exchange or refund.
As returning goods from OUTSIDE EU - OVERSEAS is considered as import, we need to add correct documentation - invoice and we can only create the return for you. The return label cost covers shipping, clearance costs and import taxes. Due to strong customs regulations we declare only at full value so please be aware of the full import tax will be charged on every outside EU return.
Where possible we will use the FTA, TCA - Statement of origin decalrations.

Under the check the fit tab you will find an overview of the most important sizes of each piece of clothing that is measured by us. After receipt it can sometimes take 24 hours before they are visible. This is an aid in determining the correct size if your knowledge of the product is insufficient, but no rights can be derived from it.
This option shows you easily how to take the measurements of the desired piece, but also you can build your own wardrobe size chart. Every piece you purchase online on a site using Virtusize will be added to your Virtusize account and from that moment on, you can compare new items with those you purchased and fit you well. We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour, texture, or packaging may occur due to craftsmanship and display differences.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Payment

Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk transfers upon delivery, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
Return Costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the direct cost of returning goods is borne by the customer. We recommend insured and trackable shipping.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment, whichever occurs first. Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
Condition of Returns
Items should be returned unworn, unused beyond inspection, and in their original condition. Where permitted by law, we may apply a reduction in value for excessive handling.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised goods, sealed hygiene items once opened, perishable goods, or unsealed media.

For shipments outside the EU (including the UK and Switzerland), required customs and origin declarations are applied in line with applicable Free Trade Agreements (FTA).
Shipments to the UK fall under the EU–UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA).
Where applicable, a Statement of Origin or Invoice Declaration / Preferential Origin Statement will be included on the commercial invoice to support reduced or zero import duties under the relevant FTA or TCA.
Please note: We are not responsible for customs decisions, delays, assessments, or errors made by local customs authorities.
COD
Due to recurring issues with customs processing under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms, we no longer offer DDP. All international orders are shipped Cash on Delivery (COD), meaning local taxes, duties, and customs charges are payable by the customer upon import.
How It Works:
- Place Your Order – Select "Cash on Delivery" as your payment method during checkout
- We Ship Your Package – Your order is carefully packed and shipped via UPS
- Receive Payment Request – UPS will contact you via email or SMS with a secure payment link before delivery
- Pay Online – Complete your payment securely through the UPS payment portal using your preferred method
- Delivery Confirmed – Once payment is verified, UPS delivers your package to your address

- Credit card
- Debit card
- Other online payment methods (depending on your region)
Please Note:
- You must complete the online payment before UPS will deliver your package
- Payment links are sent shortly before the scheduled delivery
- The exact amount due (including any COD service fees) will be shown in the payment request
- All transactions are processed securely through UPS's payment system
Currently we only ship COD (cash on delivery) to all outside EU country's. Inport taxes and clearance costs are collected by UPS. Refusing payment of this will result in an expensive return process, and we will refund you minus all shipping, clearance and import costs and import tax both ways. which will be almost 2 times the COD cost.
We will ship your order using all statements and preferences of origin were possible. Later this month we will go over to DDP again so stay up to date here.
REFUSING SHIPMENTS DUE TO IMPORT-CLEARANCE COSTS

Items will get lost due to this and all costs will be deducted from your refund and most important: From the moment of refusing the refuser will become shipper qnd responsible for all losses, costs, missing products etc. When you agree in our terms and conditions at check out you are responsible, without any exception.
