We ship using UPS services. Standard or Express save depending on the shipping destination.

We use real time UPS rates based on weight and destination. You can select various options, but please take note orders ordered on Friday after 13h, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped Monday. Saturday delivery is always a risk, we are not supporting. To calculate your shipping cost, just add your product and your address details in the shopping cart, in shipping options you will see all possible prices. When UPS can' t deliver at first time, UPS reserves the right to deliver it at an acces point in your area.

We have no influence on this and this decision is made by the driver without informing us.

Follow your track nr for all delivery changes. When contacting UPS make sure you have this track nr prepared.

Estimated delivery times are 1-2 days within Europe and 3-5 days for the rest of the world.
Orders are shipped weekdays Monday - Friday, orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following weekday.

When a delivery was not delivered at your door, but at an UPS acces point we are not responsible for the further delivery. This can happen due to several reasons, but this is out of our reach. In that case, you can contact UPS and ask for a change of delivery, using the track number you received in your mail box.

Once shipped, we can no longer make changes to the delivery address. You can track your shipment using your track number. If you want more control, you can create an ups account where you can adjust various things at will.

Uncollected packages
FransBoone will not pay return shipping costs for uncollected packages.

Exchanging your purchase is not possible. You have to return your purchase and place a new order. OUTSIDE EU :

We are not responsible for exchange rate difference at the moment of purchase and return payment (refund). The shipping costs are not refundable. We are not responsible for paid import tax. Final sales items - clearance items a re not eligable for an exchange or refund or return

After ordering the first step is made and transaction costs are made by us. We reserve the right ot charge you these costs.

These costs are made to cover our time spent, but also transaction costs not refunded to us. We provide you al tools to make an order as secure as possible.

When you cancel it after receiving your track nr before shipment 8 euro. When it's already shipped you will be charged 8 euro + shipping cost.

Check the fit;

Under the check the fit tab you will find an overview of the most important sizes of each piece of clothing that is measured by us. After receipt it can sometimes take 24 hours before they are visible. This is an aid in determining the correct size if your knowledge of the product is insufficient, but no rights can be derived from it.

This option shows you easily how to take the measurements of the desired piece, but also you can build your own wardrobe size chart. Every piece you purchase online on a site using Virtusize will be added to your Virtusize account and from that moment on, you can compare new items with those you purchased and fit you well. No rights can be derived from possible deviation or interpretation of these sizes, it is an indication / help in selecting the correct size, unfortunately no guarantee. All claims based on this will be rejected.

Refunds

When the goods arrived in our store , are checked if they are in the same condition the left our store, the refund will be made.

Refunds Inside EU:

Refunds will be made within 72 hours after receipt, using the same payment method when paid.

We can't refund on other accounts or cards.

It might take some days more to see a change on your credit or bank account. This is out of our reach.

Refunds outside EU:

Final Sales - Clearance items are not eligable for a refund or exchange

The refund will be made after receiving the goods, minus the shipping, clearance and import tax as agreed in the return request in your account.
