This style is based on the famous 2210 Aberdeen last Bluchers and offers a weatherproof variation using a Commando sole with a Mahogany trim.
Using the first quality Horween Cordovan only, Alden assures you the best Cordovan available, thats extremely rare, not to say unique!
The Norwegian split toe detail on the nose is stitched by hand by extremely skilled shoe craftsmen and women, not every shoemaker can do this. At Alden only a few are qualified to do this, so it's a must have for the real shoe lover.
The commando sole makes these shoes perfect for our climate almost all year round, its durable and safe. We thinks nice with the antique edge trim and split reverse welt that goes 360 º around.
We stock these in suede, calfskin and cordovan, so please select you favorite leather and wear these as much as possible, they will only get better every time!
