Nourishing cream is used to clean and "color-up" your shoes again.
After cleaning, with a damp cloth if they are really dirty, or just with a soft brush, apply the cream with a soft piece of a spunge. Wait a couple of minutes and brush it gentle (you don't need to brush like a fool, really, just gentle and polite, your shoes will smile).
After this use the wax to seal and protect them against rain and dirt.
