It's cropped, meant to be worn as high as the ankle starts, that's why the bottom width is a bit more narrow than usual. Because it's short, it's best with bare feet in the shoes, or contrasting colored socks, to emphasize the effect of th ecropped lenght.
The fabric is amazing, cotton and cellulose based Lyocell, one of the most eco friendly fabrics available. The silky touch of this Lyocell is great and adds value to the cotton. Also the Lyocel is moist absorbing, so perfect for summer days, actually all year round. A great invention actually usd in these very cool pants.
