The Sherry jacket by The Corona Utility is a travel jacket that mixes elements from a work jacket with a casual blazer and it can be worn either way. The atmosphere of the garment is created by research of fabric and the use of industrial style sewing. 

Military Back Satin: This back satin fabric was developed with inspiration from the material used in the 1950s U.S. Army M-51 field jacket. It is characterized by a balanced weight and a firm, slightly coarse texture that emerges beautifully after washing. The fabric is sulfur-dyed and undergoes a mercerization process prior to dyeing to improve dye penetration. This results in the softly muted tones unique to sulfur dyeing, while also enhancing colorfastness. (Colorfastness refers to the fabric’s resistance to fading and color loss over time.)
