After a lot of demand we offer you the Merz B Schwanen underpants in 100% organic cotton. These undergarments offer all the best from the Swabian Alps.
Again this superb piece of craftmanship was made in Germany, on 1920 knitting machines, stored in the 60'ies and rebuilt lately. The machines are reliable, but not perfect. The small irregularities within the fabric are an essential part of the characteristic look and feel of the garments. They only use high quality bio-cotton, produced by certified European suppliers. All materials are 100 percent natural and thus are very skin- and ecofriendly.
At Merz b. Schwanen, all production processes are made in Germany. The sewing is handled by independent manufacturers in the Swabian Alps, the labels are loomed on a traditional Jaquard loom from the 19th century. Even the boxes the shirts come in are produced by a family business following the original designs.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return your order within 10 working days from the delivery of your parcel.
Items need to be unworn with all original packaging & tags attached.
Returning from EU
To send back an item, please choose a shipping service of your liking, it can be any as long as it provides you with a tracking code.

Returning outside EU
REFUSING SHIPMENTS BASED ON IMPORT/CLEARANCE COSTS IS NOT ALLOWED
Items will get lost due to this and all costs will be deducted from your refund and most important: From the moment of refusing the refuser will become shipper and responsible for all losses, costs, missing products etc. When you agree in our terms and conditions at check out you are responsible, without any exception.
Due to high clearance costs, we can only accept returns by using a prepaid UPS return label which can be purchased by requesting a return via our email address.
